How to change the name in Apex Legends
Step 1: access the EA website and click on the “Person” icon on the top menu.
Step 2: in the open menu then click on “Connect”.
Step 3: enter your email, password and click “Sign in” to login to your account.
Step 4: Click the icon with your photo in the top menu, then tap “Account settings”.
Step 5: on the next tab, find the section “Basic information” and click on “Edit”.
Step 6: verify your identity by sending a code to your email. To do this, click on “Send security code”.
Step 7: open your email, copy the code, paste it in the indicated location and click on “Send”.
Step 8: enter the new EA ID to change your nickname and click “Save”. If you have Apex Legends open, close it and open it again for the change to appear.
Ready! You can now change the name displayed in Apex Legends matches.
